Gate Towers Overview
The Gate Towers are mixed-use project made of three rising and The Arc tower, together with a retail and leisure podium. The Towers have 3533 residential units that vary from apartments, penthouses, townhouses, offices, shopping malls and a 5-star international hotel and a connected apartment complex. These towers are topped with the Penthouses Bridge, deemed to be the highest of its kind worldwide for a residential architecture.

The Gate III towers are located in Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. Al Reem Island is a large island off the northeastern coast of the main island, which is connected via a series of bridges and in the stages of development as a new residential and commercial hub.

Al Reem Island is a residential, commercial and business project on Al Reem Isle, a natural island 600 m off the coast of Abu Dhabi island. It is currently being developed separately by Sorouh Real Estate (Shams Abu Dhabi), Reem Investments, and Tamouh.
