The Location
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a freehold area.

JVC consists mostly of G+4 apartment buildings (studios, 1, 2 & 3 beds) and G+2 townhouses (3 & 4 beds).
There are some small pockets of Nakheel 1 & 2 bed townhouses and villas (similar to JVT) .
There are also a few 10-20 storey towers with apartments (studios, 1, 2 & 3 beds). There is a lot of construction taking place with an emphasis to complete the community ahead of the 2020 World Expo, which is good for the future of JVC.

There are several parks already established with many more currently being prepared, and all roads are complete with street lights, making JVC a pleasant and safe community.

GEMS World Academy,JSS International School,Dubai British School, Dubai International Academy, Bradenton Prep and American School of Dubai are some of the closest schools to JVC.

Welcare Ambulatory Care Centre, Life Medical Center, Saudi German Hospital and Al Zahra Hospital are the closest hospitals to JVC (5-15 minutes drive).

City Centre Me'aisem (IMPZ), Al Barsha Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Marina Mall and the closest large Shopping Malls (5-15mins drive), Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai mall are also easily accessible (15-20 minutes drive).
