Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a freehold area.
JVC consists mostly of G+4 apartment buildings (studios, 1, 2 & 3 beds) and G+2 townhouses (3 & 4 beds).
There are some small pockets of Nakheel 1 & 2 bed townhouses and villas (similar to JVT) .
